Course Overview
According to Professor John Kotter, what leaders really do is to prepare organisations for change and to help them cope as they struggle through it. We are faced with endless demands for change from our marketplace and from within our organisation. Change is an essential component of any leader’s role and they need to harness the capability of their people to make it happen.
