Course Overview
This course has been designed to provide organizational leaders/managers with an understanding of the ways in which they can influence the performance of their team.
Successful companies are recognizing that organizations are living organisms that are complex with far reaching effects of each change that is made. A more systemic approach is needed to understand the way the stakeholders operate within this environment. Engaged employees and the power accorded to each and every employee are the key to delivering results.
The purpose of this programme is to ensure that the delegates understand the theory, structure and practice of performance management (including feedback and coaching) and be encouraged to analyze and make use of the many learning points that they will ‘uncover’ throughout course duration.

Training Methodology
Participants will be highly involved in this program. There will be many opportunities to practice the skills associated with performance management. They will be introduced to the Goleman approach which positions coaching as one and most often the most appropriate of six leadership styles. Participants will be challenged to think about their own mission and values and how their current leadership role meets them. They will complete an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) questionnaire and identify what they need to work on to develop their inter and intra-personal competencies.
